A play-to-earn engaging game
As a player in Crypture World, you collect resources and NFT lootings through adventures, fight corrupted forces in PvE, raid opponents in PvP, brew potions, mine ores and farm fruits to improve your skills and craft highly sought-after goods.
Adventures
The most basic mechanic in the game is the adventure mode. After sending a team of Cryptures to adventure in the Forest or Magma region, they collect some amount of resources (Wood, Rock and Gold) that are credited in your account's balance. Sometimes they may bring back a NFT looting which will be minted directly to your wallet.
Every adventure puts the team of Cryptures and the Headquarters in a cooldown period that prevents the possibility to adventure again for some time. The cooldown period varies based on the number of Cryptures adventuring and their respective Time stats.
Adventuring allows progression in the game by increasing the experience (XP) of your team, which in turn unlocks higher Max Attack and Max Defense stats. It also serves to obtain materials that can be traded or used in Crafting.

Combat (PvE)
During adventures, the Cryptures may come across a wild Corrupted Crypture. When that happens you have the choice to accept to engage those forces or retreat. Based on the battle stats and the types of special attacks offered by your team, you may choose which Cryptures are to be placed on defense and which ones will participate in attack. After every attack, the HP of your Cryptures and the HP of the enemy is recalculated to reflect the amount of damage taken by each party. By virtue of Special attacks, players can strategize to inflict more damage to the enemy (see Combat for more information).
The energy contained in Fruits serves to heal Cryptures which were hurt during battle.
Battle raids (PvP)
This battle mode allows players to assemble a Battle Team of mixed Cryptures originating from any region in Crypture World. A Search feature finds a worthy opponent to attack in 1vs1 battle. You may choose Special attacks to be used by your Cryptures and they will fight the opponent team from left to right in sequential order. The last player to have a standing Crypture (HP > 0) wins the battle.
If the attacking party wins, they will raid 5% of the opponents resources (Wood, Rock and Gold) up to a maximum of 5k each. There is also a probability to win a NFT prize or a Magma Chest. If the defending party successfully thwarts the attack, they will receive a Common Shield as a reward.
Searching opponents may be risky because every time it costs the player a small amount of Gold.
Crafts
Crafting allows everyone to actively participate in increasing the supply of goods in Crypture World. The NFTs obtained from crafting can be used in-game by the player or sold in exchange for $WAX on the MarketHub Marketplace to help maintain a healthy economy. Skill level tracks the amount of experience the player has accumulated for each type of craft. At higher skill levels you can gain access to a bonus NFT, more exclusive recipes or higher energy fruits.

Alchemy
An Alchemy station can be acquired from the Crypture Store in exchange for Wood, Rock and Gold. It gives the option to brew Potions and cook Warding Steak. Potions can be applied during adventures and boost the Luck or Power stats of the team. The Warding Steak protects the player from battle raids.

Farming
Farm plots need to be irrigated with a Water Bucket before they can be planted.
Players plant Seeds on farm plots which in time gives rise to a bountiful harvest of Fruits. Food is essential to heal wounded Cryptures and feeding allows to evolve Forest Cryptures beyond level 10.
Farms can be Private or Public. Farm owners have the option to rent their fields to other players by charging rent (Wood, Rock, Gold). Each farm owner can choose the rent they want to charge (subject to min/max of the game).
There are only 500 Farms in existence that were initially sold in Q1 2022. However, farms can still be found for sale on the secondary market.

Mining
A Mining station can be acquired from the Crypture Store in exchange for Wood, Rock and Gold. The mining station is the only way to obtain Coal that is necessary for cooking and in the future it will be a source of precious gemstones.
